After purchasing the 54 college st. market and cafe, in February of 2006,
the doors closed for a major renovation.
With the help of local carpenters, plumbers, electricians and friends, Middlebury Market & Sama's Cafe opened
in May with a new look.
Usamah & Marie Hayyat, owners, have a strong belief that the employees are the key to any successful establishment.
